Adolescent youth can access the Portal in English or French on their smartphone, tablet or computer at popyouth.ca. Upon creating an account, they will immediately have access to a suite of free resources organized into pain, mood, worry, sleep, and substance use categories. Youth are encouraged to complete bi-weekly self-assessments that are located on the check-in page. The results of these assessments will provide recommended resources that can help youth cope when they are in pain and bridge the time until their appointments. They can also choose to discuss these results during their clinic visits, to inform better inform their care and track their progress over time.
